SEE OUR TREADMOBILE EXHIBIT
In 2014, the truck currently featured on the BTSF Treadmobile™ experienced a tire blow out. Fortunately, no other vehicles were involved, but the occupants of this vehicle suffered injury, and one passenger was killed.
After their loss, the owners donated this truck to the Be Tire Safe Foundation so that we could show others the importance of tire safety. We’ve used it to create a mobile exhibit that we call the Treadmobile, complete with informational panels and examples of bad tires. You’ll see us out and about as we do our part to make Arizona roads safer.
Our BTSF Treadmobile made its debut on November 10-12, 2017 at the NASCAR Can-Am 500 at Phoenix International Raceway. Thousands of visitors stopped by to find out how to keep their tires and loved ones safe.
